- Click the Office icon in the top left corner of the window of PowerPoint.
- Go to PowerPoint options.
- Click on add ins.
- Click the drop down arrow at the bottom and choose disabled items.
- When you choose disabled items hit the GO button.
- Choose PointSolutions(TurningPoint) and click enable.
- Sign in to PointSolutions(TurningPoint) and the ribbon should be displayed afterwards.

Cause: This is a common issue generally caused by Microsoft Office disabling all active add-ins, due to a crash or security settings. Sometimes these settings are also changed due to a Microsoft Office update.
This can also happen you haven’t opened up TurningPoint before opening any PowerPoint presentations.
